Most embeddable calculators arrive as a block of HTML with some CSS and JavaScript (or as an iframe snippet). Every major website builder has a way to paste that in. Here are the steps for each, plus the problems you're most likely to hit.
<script> or <div> to the last closing tag. A partial paste is the most common cause of a blank box.In the classic editor, switch to the Text tab before pasting. WordPress may strip scripts for users without the unfiltered_html capability (on multisite, only super admins have it), so paste as an administrator. Some security plugins also strip scripts. Page builders such as Elementor have their own HTML widget that works the same way.
Squarespace only runs JavaScript in Code blocks on certain plans (Core/Business or higher on current plans). If the block shows but doesn't calculate, check your plan first.
Add an Embed (Code Embed) element, paste and save. Webflow limits each embed to 50,000 characters, and custom code runs only on the published site, not in the Designer.
<script>. Re-paste the whole thing as an admin.Need calculators to embed? Our White-Label Calculator Kit has 9 (tax, mileage, home office, budget, invoice, estimate, hourly rate, margin, break-even) as paste-in HTML with your branding, and the steps above are in its README. To see what an embed looks like first, the demo page shows two of them on a live page.
Add a Custom HTML block, paste the full snippet, preview and publish. Paste as an administrator, since WordPress may strip scripts for users without the unfiltered_html capability.
Squarespace only runs JavaScript in Code blocks on certain plans (Core/Business or higher on current plans), and scripts often don't run in the editor preview.
Wix puts the code in a fixed-size iframe, so drag the embed box taller (often 900 to 1,200 px) and check the mobile view.
